Engineering
The Audi A3 e-tron leaves nothing to be desired. With hybrid efficiency and flexibility, the battery, and four-cylinder engine combine to go beyond expectations and create a total output of 204 HP. Using the Level II cables, the battery can be fully charged from empty in just 2.5 hours. Unlike other hybrids, the A3 Sportback e-tron uses a 6-speed S tronic gearbox.

Hybrid Hold Mode : Charge up when you want and save the electric power for later. With the Hybrid Hold mode, you can use the gas engine and preserve the electric range.
Adaptive Cruise Control: This feature paired with Stop&Go not only adapts your speed to maintain a safe distance from the car in front, it can also slow you to a complete stop and resume the pre-set speed once traffic moves.
Pre-Sense: This highly advanced system is set off when the vehicle detects high probability of an emergency situation based on camera detection. It engages the automatic belt tensioner and triggers anticipatory protection measures for the occupants.
Side Assist: Extra eyes for your blind spots. When travelling over 31 km/h, Audi side assist system scans the blind spot areas, plus about 45 metres to the rear of the vehicle. If Audi side assist identifies another vehicle, it informs the driver via LED lights in the exterior mirror. The driver has the ability to disable this feature.
